Title of Position: Restaurant Key Holder

Job Description: Our Restaurant Key Holder must work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and verifying temperature of products. The Restaurant Key Holder must transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart, when required. It is of the utmost importance to regularly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment. The Restaurant Key Holder must have the personality and skill set to teach and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading through example and confidence.

Qualifications:

·       This position requires 1-2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Key Holder

·       The Restaurant Key Holder must be able to move and lift supplies weighing over 40 pounds

·       The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Key Holder

·       Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Key Holder

·       The Restaurant Key Holder may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays

·       Computer proficiency as well as basic mathematics are requirements of the Restaurant Key Holder
