Are you passionate about food and hospitality? Do you have culinary experience and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team? Then, we invite you to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the successful operation of the restaurant and the delivery of a memorable dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations, and that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Act as a liaison between the restaurant and its vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Uphold and promote our brand standards, company policies, and procedures, and ensure that all employees comply with them.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, providing feedback and performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a seafood or Upscale establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building a positive team culture.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs, and to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees, and in maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.
