Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description
: As a Restaurant Manager for our company you will be accountable for exceptional food service, customer service and operations by managing all front of house and back of house functions, while directing and motivating our team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles from our guests. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for the start-up and shut-down of the restaurants equipment and processes, restaurant inventory, managing store financials and performing administrative duties. Our Restaurant Manager will also supervise and train associates on all team stations, products, procedures and policies.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience
  • High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
