Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The duties for this position would include but would not be limited to: understanding the Company operations manual and is responsible for ensuring all aspects of daily operations conform to franchise policies and standards. Ensuring that all products and food consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and safety and serving standards. The Restaurant Assistant Manager uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the store and identifies and addresses trends and issues in store performance. Tools include Monthly Status Report, Automated Labor Scheduling, Cash Management, Quarterly Business Review, and Inventory Management. Prepares all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner. Most importantly as a Restaurant Manager, your eye must always be on ensuring that all guests feel welcome, receive great service, and have an outstanding experience on every visit. A comprehensive training program for the Restaurant Assistant Manager consists of learning all the details of our business including food preparation, working the line, food safety, guest service and managing the numbers.

  • The Restaurant Assistant Manager should posses 3+ years of high volume restaurant management experience
