Key Responsibilities

• Training and Development: Work closely with the team to provide training and development opportunities, helping employees reach their full potential.

• Performance Assistance: Help monitor restaurant performance metrics, such as guest satisfaction and team productivity, while contributing to strategies for improvement.

Training Details

• Duration: 5 weeks of immersive training in Dallas, TX.
• Compensation: Training is fully paid.
• Per Diem: Receive a $140 weekly allowance during training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Required: Fluent in English and a second language to effectively communicate with a diverse team and guest base.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume casual dining environment.
