Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual and experienced Assistant Manager to support our restaurant operations in a casual dining environment. This role is critical in aiding leadership, cultivating team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Team Support: Assist in overseeing daily operations while providing guidance and mentorship to staff. Promote a positive and collaborative team atmosphere aligned with the company’s values.
- Guest Satisfaction: Commit to creating a remarkable dining experience for every guest. Address feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Training and Development: Work closely with the team to provide training and development opportunities, helping employees reach their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service efficiency. Support initiatives that drive consistency and operational success.
- Performance Assistance: Help monitor restaurant performance metrics, such as guest satisfaction and team productivity, while contributing to strategies for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work in conjunction with management and team members to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding service.
Training Details
- Duration: 5 weeks of immersive training in Dallas, TX.
- Compensation: Training is fully paid.
- Per Diem: Receive a $140 weekly allowance during training.

Qualifications
- Bilingual Required: Fluent in English and a second language to effectively communicate with a diverse team and guest base.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume casual dining environment.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with a history of developing team members.
- Committed to delivering excellent guest experiences with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High standards of integrity and professionalism.
