We're a local chef-driven casual dining restaurant on the lookout for an all-star Restaurant Manager. You'll be the driving force behind our operations, making sure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience and every team member feels supported.
What you'll be doing:
- Running the show day-to-day for smooth and efficient service.
- Leading our kitchen and waitstaff and offering feedback to help them shine.
- Coming up with fresh ways to bring in new customers.
- Keeping our food quality and presentation top-tier.
- Building a rockstar team through recruitment, training, and development.
- Keeping an eye on the financials, from budgeting to cost control.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

- Stellar customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
