Our Company is searching for an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced and exciting restaurant located in Pearl, MS. Our restaurant started back in 1987 near a local grocery store and started to serve one-of-a-kind homemade burgers. From then, people from miles away would drive to this location to get the sweet authentic taste. We now have over ten locations across the country, now, even more, people get to experience our big and bold taste. We only serve 100% Black Angus beef and have been working with a team of beef experts to create our perfect patty, from the form of it to the flavor and tenderness. We choose a more demanding strategy process with our food in order to give our customers the best, delicious burgers. We like to take our staff into great consideration as we do our quality of burgers, and look forward to expanding our team with people who are as willing and dedicated as we are.

Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: Our Assistant Manager must be a friendly and outgoing individual who is able to maintain an outstanding level of restaurant service at all time through leadership and management skills. The Assistant Manager should be promoting our company values, procedures, and policies at all times. Our Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager with developing a team of highly qualified professionals and coaching and mentoring them in order to further their success and careers. The Assistant Manager will serve as a brand ambassador and expected to be able to efficiently manage a fast-paced work environment.

- A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Assistant Manager

- This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager
