Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: As an Assistant Manager at our fine-dining Italian restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our establishment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house operations, managing and training staff, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies, handling guest complaints and ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards, as well as assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting. You will also be responsible for conducting pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and updates to the team. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. You’ll help implement promotional events and special menus to attract customers, while also analyzing customer feedback to refine operations. In addition to these duties, you will also work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies for improving customer service and increasing profitability.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role in a fine dining restaurant
· Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairings
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
