Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Manager will work as a member of the restaurant management team, assisting the General Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the restaurant while abiding by the company’s absolutes; strong leadership, embracing our people culture, always serving remarkable food and fantastic beverages, creating the perfect experience, maintain a sanitary, safe, and spotlessly clean restaurant. The person in this position will work side-by-side with the General Manager by assisting in assessing the staff, recruiting staff members, training, developing and acting as a support system for all areas of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times and will make certain that the highest quality levels of products and hospitality are being met.
