Title of Position: Assistant Manager


Job Description: Our Assistant Manager must work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and verifying temperature of products. Help clean and stock work areas and customer areas as needed. The right individual for this position must have the personality and skill set to work together as a team and treat team members and all customers with respect and kindness while leading through example and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 1-2 years of management experience working in a restaurant environment (QSR, fast casual, or regular dining)
  • Offer exceptional customer service skills and exhibits obvious comfort interacting positively with guests
  • Able to maintain and easily communicate solid knowledge of all products and services available at the restaurant
  • Understands how to treat team members with respect and kindness while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Adele began her career in a full-service casual chain restaurant. She worked her way up from an entry-level position to a Service Manager and eventually became the mentor of the FOH training program, as well as supporting the training for four other locations.  During this time, she helped open and staff new locations. She then worked for a Healthcare Food Services Contract Company as a Retail Services Manager. Always driving for success, she gained skills in menu development, retail design, and marketing. Once again, she was called on to support over 20 locations by hosting monthly marketing calls, site visits, and opening new account locations.

Adele has never lost her focus on service. Her management style is fair, inclusive, and business minded. She has a strong attention to detail and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

Adele is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, and cooking with her husband.
