Position Title: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: Our Assistant General Manager must be detail-oriented and highly committed to excellence. They will provide exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills. Working directly under the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing all restaurant operations, including front of house, back of house, and all administrative and financial duties. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team with enthusiasm. The ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment and excel in multitasking and delegating is essential.

Qualifications:
- The Assistant General Manager must have at least three years of high-volume restaurant experience
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant General Manager
- The Assistant General Manager must have a proven track record of achieving financial results
- Extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Assistant General Manager should have open availability
