Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager would provide support to the General Manager in the daily operations of this bakery-café as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. The Assistant Restaurant Manager would perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. The Assistant Restaurant Manager would also communicate and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The Assistant Restaurant Manager would also assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience, preferably in limited, high volume food concepts
- Quick Service/Fast Casual Experience a plus
- Exposure to financial accountability and controls
- Ability to plan, motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
