Job Description:
The right Assistant Restaurant Manager for this position should be a dynamic, positive, upbeat person with experience in full service casual dining. This is a full time position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with knowledge of food production, food safety and guest service standards and who has a strong kitchen background and is focused on hard work that yields results. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager with our company you will be expected to lead your team in meeting our very high standards where the expectations are clear and the rewards are exceptional. If you commit to at least 55 hours per week, and as a Professional Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will thrive in a clearly structured environment that is both friendly, community oriented with a company that promotes from within then you should contact us immediately. Following a move to Georgia with his family, Craig worked at Atlanta’s very own TacoMac- a high volume casual dining concept- where he served as Kitchen Manager, Manager and Corporate Trainer for over six years.
