Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: A Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader. The responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to the guests while upholding top-notch standards in food quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office. The Restaurant Manager should be able to follow the financial procedures, including but not limited to P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all other financial transactions. The person in this position must lead by example and be able to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant Manager should be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are requirements for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position
- Bar-B-Que experience a plus

After 6 years as a General Manager Brandon took another jump to a Casual Theme concept where he spent 8 years as an assistant manager, AGM, and the last 6 years as a Director of New Store Openings with over 20 new restaurants under his belt.
Brandon has a strong work ethic and possesses a passion for learning and training. He also has a true empathy for people. He listens to both the client’s and candidate’s needs in order to find the perfect match for both. He believes in building strong relationships through integrity, great communication, and reliability. Brandon will do whatever it takes to meet and exceed the needs of his clients and candidates.
Brandon lives in Denver, Colorado and is a lifelong Broncos fan, even though they have had a couple of rough years. He enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado offers, and his favorite hobby is working on his car and motorcycle.
