Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Description:
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager you will be responsible for exceptional food service and operations by managing all dining room, kitchen and catering functions, while directing and inspiring your team to deliver customer service bringing about genuine smiles of pleasure from our guests. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will also be accountable for the startup and shut down of the restaurant's equipment and processes, restaurant inventory, controlling store financials and performing administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • High volume experience of 2+ years as a Restaurant Assistant Manager is a must for this position
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Assistant Manager must possess
  • The Restaurant Assistant Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
  • The Restaurant Assistant Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
