Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful team at our Brookhaven, Mississippi location. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Oversee staff training and manage staff schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Help plan and execute promotional events to drive business

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
