Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in setting up a team to provide excellent customer service while making certain all team members perform at high levels 100% of the time. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will help follow through with all operational goals and company projects. This person must provide direction and perspective to the staff and always support our mission and principles. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be expected to be involved in weekly meetings with the management team, reviewing weekly/monthly P&L statements and work with the management team in order to develop action plans to increase sales and control costs.
