Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:Â Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Support financial performance initiatives to meet business priorities and targets.
- Team Development: Help hire, train, and motivate team members to uphold the restaurant’s high hospitality standards. Foster a positive team culture and assist in scheduling staff to meet labor goals and operational needs.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing any concerns promptly. Lead by example, engage with guests and embody the brand’s values.
- Brand and Community Representation:Â Work with the General Manager to promote the restaurant in the local community, support marketing initiatives, and help organize events to drive guest traffic.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Passion for developing team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and enthusiasm for the culinary arts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on achieving operational goals.
- High energy, positivity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with local marketing and event planning is a plus.
