Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Assist in managing daily operations through effective leadership, ensuring all team members align with the restaurant's core values.
- Guest Satisfaction: Maintain a guest-first approach by creating a welcoming and outstanding dining experience. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a positive work environment and cultivating future leaders. Lead by example to inspire excellence within the team.
- Operational Support: Lead shifts, oversee team performance, and manage operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze restaurant metrics, assist in achieving financial goals, and contribute to operational improvements to support growth in sales and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to implement company policies and drive initiatives for success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve guest concerns effectively and efficiently.
- A results-driven mindset with experience in achieving financial targets.
- A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
