Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The right Assistant Restaurant Manager for this position should be a dynamic, positive, upbeat person with experience in full service casual dining. This is a full time position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with knowledge of food production, food safety and guest service standards and who has a strong kitchen background and is focused on hard work that yields results. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager with our company you will be expected to lead your team in meeting our very high standards where the expectations are clear and the rewards are exceptional. If you commit to at least 55 hours per week, and as a Professional Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will thrive in a clearly structured environment that is both friendly, community oriented with a company that promotes from within then you should contact us immediately. For our consideration you must have current or recent full service experience in full service dining, bar and grill experience, or in themed casual dining where exceptional service is a key component.

Scott Lacy is the Gecko Hospitality Franchise Partner in Oklahoma and New Mexico. He brings almost 30 years of experience to the Hospitality Industry, starting at the age of 18 working as a chef for a small restaurant. Scott then began a 16-year career with Ryan's Family Steakhouse in 1995. When Ryan's was acquired by Buffet's Inc. in 2007 I was promoted to Area Director and worked overseeing 9 stores.
Scott strongly believe that the foundation of the Hospitality Industry is built on forming great relationships through honesty, trust and integrity. As a lifelong operator, he knows first-hand the daily challenges that restaurant managers face, the tremendous effort it takes to be a great manager and the importance of balancing work and personal life.
