Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will aid the General Manager to ensure all team members are guest- focused, team-focused and community-connected. Other areas of focus for the Assistant Restaurant Manager are the knowledge of the Profit and Loss Statements and helping to generate action plans for opportunity areas, involvement in local store marketing initiatives and ensures on a daily basis the execution of our Mission Statement and Core Values

Qualifications:

  • This position requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager in a full service, high volume restaurant
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
