Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will possess exceptional leadership and people skills. The Restaurant Manager / Bakeshop Manager will also provide enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Our Restaurant Manager will communicate, evaluate and document team member performance as assigned. This person will assist in controlling P&L. as well as performing proper inventory control and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. The Manager will handle cash procedures and oversee and complete daily financial paperwork. As a Restaurant Manager you should have these required skills: Excellent training skills Ability to open/close, Ability to motivate the staff to excel in the execution of their positions.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience; fast casual background preferred
  • Experience with a company like Panera Bread, Corner Bakery, Boudin Bakery, Starbucks, 85c Bakery, La Monarcha, Rockenwagner, La Brea Bakery, Paris Baguette is beneficial
  • High volume background; must have Restaurant Manager experience in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Maintaining high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
