The Bakery Manager will lead the team and oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the new bakery including all aspects of the guest experience, motivating and developing the team to create a uniquely warm and positive environment. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, have experience in the development of recipes, detail-oriented with a positive can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills, and work ethic. 80% of this role will be in the development of all aspects of the operation. Title of Position – Bakery Manager
Job Description: The Bakery Manager will need to have prior pastry creativity with menu creation and staff development experience. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the highest quality culinary team available. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place. The Bakery Manager must be able to implement recipe standards and menu design.

· The Bakery Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Bakery Manager.
· A solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Bakery Manager.
· The Bakery Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
· The Bakery Manager should always make themselves available to the operations.
· French Pastry Background is preferred but not required. Pie experience is preferred but not required.
