Title of Position: Bakery Production Manager
Job Description: The Bakery Production Manager will also handle kitchen manager responsibilities, ensuring kitchen shifts run smoothly. This person will be in charge of creating and developing systems, while taking care of the budgets and labor. The Bakery production manager must have baking experience, as a large amount of our menu includes fresh baked goods.
