Title of Position: Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator
Job Responsibilities: Our Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator will execute Banquet Event Orders to ensure functions run smoothly and direct their team to ensure the best experience. The Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator will work closely with the Supervisor to ensure successful event execution, while overseeing employee breaks, set-up and breakdown, and clearly understand the expectations of the Banquet Server position. The Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator is also responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all banquet and contract labor staff, conducting monthly department meetings, and scheduling all banquet employees within the approved budget. The Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator will work to provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates.

- Our Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator must have previous Banquet Manager/Event Coordinator experience leading a team in a conference center setting
