Brand Marketing Manager Wanted: Franchise Expertise in Retail Wellness Sector - Washington DC
Are you an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the franchised retail wellness industry? We're seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, you'll leverage your B2B and B2C marketing expertise to create engaging campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and our website, while driving lead generation and results. This position is based near Washington DC and requires some travel.
Responsibilities:
As our Brand Marketing Manager, your duties will include:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of our franchised brand in the retail wellness sector
- Creating targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive lead generation
- Managing our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform future marketing decisions
- Collaborating with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all locations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Reporting directly to the CEO on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on franchised brands in the retail wellness sector
- Proven success in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across various channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, website promotion, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proximity to Washington DC and willingness to travel occasionally as needed
