Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Enthusiastic foodies gather at our scratch kitchen that boasts a menu full of local, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. With 52 craft beers on tap, we offer a paradise for craft beer lovers. Our dining experience isn't just about the food and drink; it's about the moments that are shared and the memories that are made.
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
- Full understanding of cuisines and the ability to create menus
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
Job Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef in Chandler, AZ, you will assist in the preparation and design of all food menus, producing high-quality plates both design and taste wise. The Sous Chef will also ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
The Sous Chef responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing and working in a busy kitchen
- Producing menus and new dishes
- Assisting the executive chef in creating menu items, recipes, developing dishes and costings.
- Ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Resourcefully solving any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
