Do you have experience with booking, selecting, and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience? Our Catering Director in Petersburg, VA. will work closely with the Chef to assure creative food presentation and quality. Additionally, Front of house (FOH) management experience is needed to ensure your team is trained properly in serving techniques, garnishing, and service formats. We are looking for a Rockstar who does not mind being in the spotlight. This requires a great deal of visibility and interaction with the customers and clients. Therefore, public relations and marketing will also be the Catering Director's responsibility. We are looking for leaders who are present and will be in contact with the clients, customers, and associates providing only the highest levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
· High school degree is required
· A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in the hospitality industry including two (2) years in management ( Catering) is required
· Background in Marketing & Public Relations
