Title of Position: Event Manager
The event manager will work from the office. This is not a work from home job opportunity.
The Event Manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service as well as leading event meetings, preparing the event staff for upcoming events and ensuring an extremely high quality of service. The Event Manager will work closely with the administrative staff as well as the support and event staff to maintain excellent communication throughout the entire process from pre-event correspondence to post-event follow-up. It is essential that as the Event Manager you will possess excellent time management and organizational abilities as well as have experience in the kitchen. The Event Manager will also be expected to assist in the hiring, training and development in addition to the counseling and disciplinary action regarding the event staff. Event staff scheduling will also be a function of the Event Manager.

- The Event Manager must have at least 2 years of event experience as well as kitchen and cooking experience
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Event Manager must possess
