• Coordinate schedules, bookings for venues, and preferred vendors effectively.
• Manage outside marketing efforts to grow catering sales leads.
• Handle administrative needs such as contracts, scheduling, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
• Provide hands-on oversight at events, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years as a Catering Manager, preferably within a restaurant setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. A proven track record of managing multiple clients, events, and team members simultaneously.
• Attitude: A proactive, customer-focused mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
