Catering Operations Manager
Location: Maryland/Metro DC area

As the Catering Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing and coordinating backline business operations. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring shop trends, managing staffing levels, ensuring order accuracy, and driving sales growth. In addition, you will mentor and train associates on backline operations, while also supervising all in-store backline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize backline business, focusing on People, Customers, Sales, and Profit
- Supervise all in-store backline operations and ensure all backline orders are complete
- Assign and deploy delivery drivers for each order
- Display and stock catering information in the restaurant at all times
- Maintain food quality standards and order accuracy
- Drive sales growth through complete and correct orders, on-time deliveries, and setting sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator
- Strong sales background within the hospitality industry
- Excellent multi-tasking and leadership skills
- Certified to train on backline operations
