Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Catering Sales Manager to join our reputable, multi-branded restaurant company in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an iconic establishment, build meaningful connections, and drive the growth of our catering and events business.
Responsibilities:
As our Catering Sales Manager, your duties will include:
- Leveraging local connections and your book of business to drive external catering sales
- Managing internal event bookings
- Pursuing both outbound and inbound leads
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure successful execution of events
- Working predominantly weekdays, with occasional weekend requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in catering or event sales
- An outgoing and ambitious personality
- Strong local connections within the Washington, DC area
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive base salary around $70K, with income potential up to $100K through commissions
