Job Description


The Chef De Cuisine must be interested in learning, working with great ingredients and promoting a team culture.  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): working a station most shifts, butchering, pasta, charcuterie, managing and mentoring staff (dish/prep/line), recipe development, ordering, cleaning and maintenance. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Chef.  There is room for advancement with the company as it grows.

Qualifications:


  • Three years or more experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Cuisine is required, preferably in upscale dining or similar restaurant settings. 
  • The Chef De Cuisine must be both hands-on and creative.
