Our Chefs is responsible for any and all food production in this hotel. Ensures that all food production is provided in a safe environment. We expect eye-appealing food, properly prepared following all recipe standards. You must maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees. Other duties include menu planning, preparation of budgets, food cost, and other records. Specific duties involving food preparation and the establishment of quality standards, training of employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control, and retention of staffing levels.

- 5 plus years Chef Restaurant experience
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
- Experience in a Hotel Casual Dining a plus
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus
- Superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team and labor
- Outgoing personality
