Title of Position - Chef Manager
Job Description: The Chef Manager will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our kitchen personnel and Team Members, increasing sales numbers through ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling clean and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Chef Manager will be responsible for training their team in delivering great quality food, good flavor profiles, beautiful plate presentation and educating staff in company policies regarding proper food handling. Our Chef Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen procedures to ensure all people are performing up to company standard.
