Experience and Requirements:
- Background: Demonstrated experience in fine dining bakeries with a strong focus on laminated dough work
- Management Skills: Proven ability to efficiently oversee bakery operations with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with pastry and bakery trends, particularly in laminated dough techniques
- Training Expertise: Skilled in training, coaching, and fostering the development of team members to achieve excellence
- Attitude: Possess an open-minded, approachable, and forward-thinking demeanor with a strong emphasis on teamwork and service excellence
- Eligibility: Candidates with domestic or international work authorization in the U.S. are preferred
