Job Title: Chef de Cuisine
Job Description: Daily our Chef de Cuisine oversees all leads (hot, prep, and cold sous), maintaining food quality and kitchen cleanliness, complying with health department standards, and staying on top of that all-important food cost. As our family of restaurants grows, crossing the threshold between food quality, cost, and training will take priority. The Chef de Cuisine is an extremely efficient individual with a passion for executing food excellence and hospitality. They must believe in developing a team by role modeling, rather than ranting, and prefer to spend most of their day coaching and motivating an all-star team. The Chef de Cuisine manages the Kitchen Facility: Follows up with all maintenance on the equipment in the kitchen, cleanliness, and organization of the facility, as well as manages Financials and works in concert with the Chef Operator to manage labor & food cost. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for building kitchen teams, including interviewing and hiring, performance improvement, and disciplinary action.

  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, high-end multifaceted restaurant

  • Must have strong leadership skills and a desire to work with an industry leader
