Title of Position: Chef De Cuisine

Job Description: Our Chef De Cuisine must be detail oriented and highly committed to community. The Chef De Cuisine must have great communication skills. As our Chef De Cuisine, you'll be accountable for all culinary aspects of the restaurant. Selecting, coaching and developing an outstanding team will be among the responsibilities of the Chef De Cuisine. Maintaining consistently an excellent menu is also a main function as our Chef De Cuisine. Developing the team to exceed expectations and to abide by all safety and health standards is a priority of our Chef De Cuisine. All back of the house administrative and financial duties will be the responsibility of the Chef De Cuisine as well. This includes but is not limited to: managing proper inventories, product ordering, food and produce costs and staff labor costs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years Chef De Cuisine with FOH skills
  • The Chef De Cuisine must be able to manage and motivate others while acting as a role model
  • The Chef De Cuisine must possess skills in planning and organizing
  • The Chef De Cuisine must have the ability to manage in a diverse environment
  • The Chef De Cuisine must be able to maintain excellent relations with staff and colleagues
  • The Chef De Cuisine communication skills
