Overview:


An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic and seasoned Corporate Chef in the vibrant city of London. Specialising in a scratch kitchen that highlights lobster, crab, and BBQ, our brand is synonymous with quality, taste, and authenticity. As the Corporate Chef, you will play an instrumental role in maintaining our culinary reputation, whilst ensuring consistency and excellence across our five esteemed locations. This hands-on role requires not just expertise, but passion and commitment to the brand's vision and values.


Salary & Benefits:


Salary: Up to $150,000 per annum

Bonus: Potential to earn up to an additional 20% based on performance and targets

Relocation: Full relocation costs covered

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship to the UK provided


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee culinary operations across all five locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand standards are maintained.

Develop and refine menus, keeping with the brand's focus on lobster, crab, and BBQ, while considering seasonal ingredients and market trends.

Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across all locations, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest standards.

Collaborate closely with restaurant managers and other corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across all kitchens.

Stay updated with latest culinary trends, techniques, and best practices, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the culinary scene.

Address any challenges or feedback from customers promptly and professionally.

Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and tastings to elevate the skills and knowledge of the culinary team.

Minimum Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or a similar leadership role, preferably with multi-location oversight.

Strong knowledge and passion for lobster, crab, BBQ, and scratch kitchen operations.

Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.

Familiarity with kitchen financials including budgeting, forecasting, and food/labor costing.

A commitment to excellence, quality, and detail in all culinary endeavors.

Must be willing to travel between locations as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
