Title of Position: Corporate Chef
Job Description: Our Corporate Chef will plan, direct, organize, and train the people to coordinate all food production. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to achieve smooth operations. This individual will help with policies and procedures and provide direction for menu formation, food preparation, distribution / service, budgeting, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, staffing, and staff development. They will also ensure compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements; be on property when business demands require it and ensure that all goals are being met if not exceeded.
Our chef understands the restaurant business, culture, and internal dynamics. This person will make certain that on-site personnel understand guest expectations and satisfaction. Responsibilities may include assisting with planning, organizing and facilitating production activities. Ensuring compliance with standards of practice / regulations and that the department is managed in a fiscally responsible manner, controlling raw food costs, labor and indirect costs.

- 2 plus years Corporate Chef or Multi-unit experience
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications a plus
- Superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team and labor
- Outgoing personality
- Multiple restaurants or production facility experience
- High Volume experience
- Experience with seasonal menus and scratch kitchen is necessary
