Title of Position: Corporate Controller
Job Description: The Corporate Controller is responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting, and cash forecasting for all properties. The Corporate Controller is responsible for all accounting policies, processes, and standard operating procedures for the company and for the effective training of hotel management on the accounting procedures. The Corporate Controller must establish and oversee internal control procedures. The Corporate Controller is also responsible for property, liability insurance, and employee benefits insurance with the partnership with Director of Human Resources.

- Experience completing time critical projects responsible for necessary for the Corporate Controller
- The Corporate Controller must have experience with general ledger posting, month end closing, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for the Corporate Controller
- The Corporate Controller must possess strong math and analytical skills, as well as Strong personal accountability and work ethics
