Job Description
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while considering seasonal and local ingredients.
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and train culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels, implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with management to create and execute seasonal promotions and special events, enhancing guest experiences.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for culinary innovation and improvement.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years in progressive culinary leadership roles, including experience as an Executive Chef.
- Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management within a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse culinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
