Title of Position: Culinary Manager
Job Description: Our Culinary Manager will ensure efficient and successful execution of all culinary operations by selecting and training highly skilled culinary employees, and will motivate and retain employees by offering ongoing training and development. The Culinary Manager will continuously develop culinary staffs' cooking, food preparation, food safety, food and wine pairing and sanitation knowledge to guarantee the delivery of superb tasting, piping hot food. The Culinary Manager will guarantee continuous planning, production, preparation and prompt delivery of hot meals, and promote energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm in the kitchen to ensure excellent food, flavor, and temperature ratings.
