Job Description
- Account Management: Oversee and manage service accounts for franchisees, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing support.
- Business Strategy: Recommend strategies to grow the business, including forming strategic partnerships and initiatives that boost profitability.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and consistently deliver results in securing and closing new business opportunities.
- Vendor & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential vendors and partners to support business objectives.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, explore business opportunities, and present recommendations for new projects.
- Proposal & Contract Review: Review development proposals, Statements of Work, and responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Quotes (RFQ) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Business Acquisition: Utilize experience in acquiring business through Managed Service Providers (MSP) and direct client acquisition to drive new revenue streams.
- Business Development Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, with preference for candidates in the restaurant industry.
- Franchisee Experience: Familiarity with working alongside franchisees is a plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to drive growth and solve business challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs for managing accounts, proposals, and communication.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ethics and cultural awareness.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
