Digital Content Creation Managger
Job Description
- Get those creative juices flowing by developing and executing awesome concepts, campaigns, and projects across various mediums like print, digital, photo, video, and social media.
- Work closely with our management team to ensure our creative efforts support our overall business objectives.
- Keep our brand integrity intact and maintain consistency by consistently delivering amazing creative work on time.
- Curate drool-worthy photo and video content specifically tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and our website.
- Be the master of multitasking as you juggle multiple projects at once, making sure they're completed within budget and on schedule.
- Build and maintain a roster of talented photographers, videographers, and creators so we can quickly meet any urgent creative needs.
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and stay on top of notifications across all channels.
- Craft and manage a social media plan complete with a content calendar.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of our social media and email campaigns, and take action accordingly.
- Get out and about by attending brewery and local events to capture amazing content for our social media, website, and print materials.
- Keep your finger on the pulse by conducting market research to compare and create innovative, original content, and always stay in the know about relevant trends.
- Proven experience in shooting and editing high-quality photo and video content (show off your portfolio or previous work, please!).
- An expert hand when it comes to using Adobe Creative Suite (think Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) or other comparable content editing software.
- The ability to take the lead and produce top-notch media and creative assets without constant hand-holding.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams across different departments.
- A strong creative eye with a knack for design and aesthetics, allowing you to conceptualize and execute killer projects that hit the mark.
- The skills to work independently, coming up with and delivering creative assets that stay true to our brand standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. We're talking ninja-level efficiency here.
- Stellar communication and collaboration talents because teamwork makes the dream work, right?
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks like a pro.
- At least 2 years of professional social media experience, preferably in a consumer, lifestyle, and/or outdoors brand.
- A rich portfolio that showcases your creativity and attention to detail. Show us what you've got!
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to think strategically while executing tactically. We need a real go-getter!
