Are you experienced in being the face of a company and overseeing all aspects of dining service operations, including business growth and marketing? We are seeking a Food Service Director in Hampton, VA.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to establish and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships. It is essential to have front-of-house (FOH) management experience to ensure that your team is properly trained in serving techniques, garnishing, and service formats.
As the Food Service Director, you will coordinate with the District Manager to handle client communications and retention. This role requires someone who thrives in the spotlight and enjoys interacting with customers and clients. Public relations and marketing responsibilities are also part of the role. We are looking for leaders who are engaged and actively involved with clients, customers, and associates to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

The Food Service Director is responsible for representing the company and overseeing all dining service operations at our location. In addition to directing operations, the Food Service Director will plan and supervise special functions, manage cash control and payroll records, hire and train associates, and maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3 years of management experience (preferably at the director level)
Marketing and public relations experience
