Title of Position: Director of Memberships
Job Description: As the Director of Memberships, you will play a crucial role in driving our club's membership growth and retention. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to attract new members, managing current member accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of member events, coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our members. Additionally, you will analyze membership data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will also be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of club policies, services, and amenities to effectively communicate them to potential and current members. Your duties will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to create enticing membership packages and promotions.

Qualifications:
·      The Director of Memberships must have strong membership sales experience
·      Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets is required for the Director of Memberships
·      The Director of Memberships must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, staff, and stakeholders.
·      High level of organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required for the Director of Membership
