Strategic Leadership: Provide direction, inspiration, and guidance to the entire operations team, fostering an environment of excellence, growth, and dedication.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all restaurant locations maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance, while operating efficiently and profitably.
Training & Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs for management and staff to bolster performance and career growth.
Financial Management: Drive profitability and growth by managing operational budgets, analyzing key business metrics, and devising strategies for improvement.
Brand Standards: Uphold and ensure consistent brand standards across all locations, ensuring a unified brand experience for all guests.
Expansion & Development: Play an integral role in the expansion strategy, identifying new market opportunities and aiding in the opening of new restaurant locations.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 4 years in a directorial or senior managerial role within the fast-casual segment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L analysis, and budgeting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to think strategically, analytically, and solve problems effectively.

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience. During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college. Lucas had held many different management positions before transitioning into recruitment.
He grew up in a suburb of Roseville in Northern California, then moved to Southern California to pursue his successful restaurant management career. Lucas’s’ ability to see talent and passion for others makes him an exceptional recruiter.
Lucas is a devoted family man and spends most of his free time with his wife Ashley, and his two sons – Callum and Liam, and daughter Presley. He enjoys football, boating, basketball, hiking and fantasy sports!
