As the Restaurant Director of Operations in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our beloved pizzeria. With a generous salary ranging from $145,000-$150,000 plus a profit-sharing bonus, this role is designed for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a significant impact.


  • Oversee daily operations across all Phoenix locations to ensure consistent quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, enhance profitability, and maintain the brand's high standards in Phoenix.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team in Phoenix to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings while staying true to our Chicago-style pizza roots in Phoenix.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Phoenix operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across Phoenix locations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume multi-unit management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in Full Service Upscale restaurants AND either carryout or delivery.
  • Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a diverse team.
  • Deep understanding of the Phoenix market and a passion for food and hospitality.
