As we continue to grow and spread the joy of exceptional pizza, we are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Director of Operations in Phoenix, AZ, to lead our team towards continued excellence and innovation.


As the Restaurant Director of Operations in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our beloved pizzeria. This position is not only about maintaining the high standards for which we are known but also about pushing boundaries, fostering team spirit, and ensuring the operational efficiency of our Phoenix locations. With a generous salary ranging from $145,000-$150,000 plus a profit-sharing bonus, this role is designed for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a significant impact.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations across all Phoenix locations to ensure consistent quality and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, enhance profitability, and maintain the brand's high standards in Phoenix.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team in Phoenix to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings while staying true to our Chicago-style pizza roots in Phoenix.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Phoenix operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across Phoenix locations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume multi-unit management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in Full Service Upscale restaurants AND either carryout or delivery.
  • Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a diverse team.
  • Deep understanding of the Phoenix market and a passion for food and hospitality.
