Charlotte, NC (Onsite, Corporate Office)


Travel: 10%


Salary Range: $95,000- $120,000 based on experience level


Type: Full-Time


An ambitious hospitality brand is looking for a Director of Revenue Management to join at a crucial time of growth and expansion. This role requires an individual who is adept at wearing multiple hats within a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing and overseeing 3rd party distribution strategy, performing competitive benchmark studies and market trends analysis, and optimizing the performance of our distribution partnerships.
  • You will also be accountable for predicting and addressing variances in expected results, and ensuring all systems are optimally configured to deliver maximum capacity.


To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies and at least five years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably across multiple units. Proficiency in English, advanced Excel/Power-BI skills and extensive familiarity with hotel technology (PMS, GDS, CRS, Extranets) are essential.
